This policy explains what information The Shortlist collects and how it is used. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate, anonymized traffic such as page views and general location. GA4 sets cookies to provide this service. We apply Google Consent Mode v2: in the EEA and the UK, analytics and advertising storage are denied by default until you accept through our cookie banner; in other regions analytics runs by default and you can decline at any time using the same banner. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings. We do not sell personal information.

Affiliate links

When you click an affiliate link, the destination retailer (for example, Amazon) may set cookies to attribute a purchase. Those cookies are governed by the retailer’s own privacy policy.

Information you send us

If you contact us, we use your message and email address only to respond. We do not sell personal information.

Third parties

We rely on third-party services including Google (analytics and advertising) and affiliate networks. Their use of data is governed by their respective policies.
